| Introduction | Having an eastern european background certainly nutured my love of food as does cooking up a storm, trying new foods, exploring new restaurants and my fascination with cookbooks and food magazines...though some of my friends call this an addiction! My dad and 'baba' also had the same innate passion for food, so nature also had a hand. I believe there are never mistakes in cooking.....only lessons, experiments, new experiences and explorations. I've been eating, reading about it and cooking food since I was a child....thought it was about time I tried writing about it!
