Being a native Indian, and spending quite some time in various parts of India, I have acquired a real taste and passion for the different methods of preparation of Indian cuisines. Treating family and friends with my own cooked recipes is a pleasure, I always enjoy. and they all seem to think I am a great cook!. However, health issues in family made me do some R&D and invent ways to enjoy the lovely dishes in a healthier manner.
