| Introduction | I first moved to the great region of Niagara falls in 2007 to persue my passion for culinary art @ NOTL. After completing 1st year I realised how much there was to learn about the hospitality industry. I landed a job @ Wolfgang Pucks in Niagara falls and worked in there open-concept kitchen until it closed down. After, I decided to see what it was like in a larger scale setting kitchen and became a kegger @ the Embassy Suites Hotel. I enrolled in a night course that completly changed my life and from that great Food & Wine dynamics experience I studied Wine and Mixology at NOTL-Maid of the mist campus. I currently work for a company called Diamond Estates Wines & spirits in their Canadian Wines division at Niagara-on-the-lake and Beamsville. In the future I would like to be a food & Bev. Critique or writter which means journalism courses here I come! In the mean time im absorbing all the knowledge I can over 10yrs to get some experience in my feild. |
