| Introduction | The journey of self discovery, as many would agree, is never a straight path. It is full of setbacks, plateaus and sometimes seems counterintuitive. I am a living example of harmony though conflict, pleasure through pain. I have learned to search for the light in the darkest of places. I seek happiness through the joy of others and I wish to make this world a better place. I'm a senior at Boston College, and frequently make visits to my hometown in Miami, Florida. I have an amazing soul group that keeps me strong and sharp. I'm very affectionate with those dearest to me. I often stop to count my blessings and almost always lose count. The Divine presence that I feel everyday, fuels my fire to go on, for that I am very grateful. |
