Introduction	A number of events, good and bad, have undoubtedly altered the way I look at myself and those around me. I have learned one important lesson and that is never to give up what I want most for something I may want at that moment. A dear friend of mine once said "And with those lost along the way come new friends and new roads to follow...that's life." Even during those unpleasant times that drive me to that breaking point, I always seem to come back to the same place where I started. In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. I am so thankful for those people who rekindle my inner spirit. Mom, Dad, and to those family and friends who have stood by my side and to those who love me unconditionally... thank you.
