Introduction Amy is a wife and a mother of four children, ages 2 thru 14 years old. She was born and raised in and around Chicago and graduated from The University of Iowa. There, she met her husband and they had two boys. They moved around the Midwest and years later gave birth to two girls. They are now two for two; two boys and two girls. Although they love their children unconditionally, they do not plan on breaking that tie. Amy is currently homeschooling. In the past, her boys have attended both public and private schools. Their oldest has Asperger's Syndrome and was bullied in both school systems. Their youngest was over-looked, being a quiet child. Five years ago they decided to pull them both out of yet another new school and set them on a new path with homeschooling. This blog is a reflection of their years of parenting and of schooling. It is not a bashing of public nor private schools. It may at times, be a sarcastic memoir of life with four very different kids; being a stay-at-home-too-often mom; and living married life cautiously when your mother keeps moving in with you.

How many kids do you believe are too many to raise?
