| Introduction | My name is Amy Elizabeth Brady, but my family and friends simply call me Amy Lou. I didn't go to school to cook, but I grew up in one of the finest kitchens around. That kitchen was my mama and my daddy's. They taught me everything from the basics of peeling a potato, to testing my skills on the grill. Grillin' ain't always a man's job. I've always got something cooking, so come on back to see new appetizers, brunch, dinner, and of course desserts. I am currently developing a recipe book that will hopefully hit the shelves in 2014.
