Introduction	I am a Holistic Health Coach and an Emergency Department Registered Nurse! My previous health struggles with infertility and major hormone imbalances lead me to Holistic nutrition. I came off of birth control and did not have a period for one year! I incorporated acupunture, and changed my diet (gluten free and dairy free) and eliminated excess toxins in my household! Within 4 weeks of these changes I had a period! Seeking a holistic health coach is where I finally found answers that no doctor could give me! I discovered I had leaky gut and a parasite! I also discovered that I had a folic acid genetic mutation and a blood clotting disorder!! Whaaaattt?!?!? I became my own best advocate and under the care of a Holistic Health Coach I overcame my obstacles!! I have a profound passion for everything the earth has provided to "Fully Nourish" our bodies. No matter what the health struggle there are answers for improving your wellness! I am here to give faith because without faith we cannot have hope. Time and consistency is key.
