| Introduction | We are two sisters, Swati and Auditi, from India living in the US for over 10 years. I, Swati am a researcher in mathematical biology and teach mathematics at a university. Auditi earned her PhD in Pharmacology. Cooking has been my passion since young age and among the few that have survived the pressure of graduate school... and Auditi found this passion after coming to the US, and not having homemade food... After all, one has to eat :) We enjoy making whimsical recipes, recreating dishes tasted at a restaurant, seen on TV and perfecting traditional Indian recipes from home. Feel free to try out our recipes and don't forget to let us know how it came out. And now, our Mom puts her spin on traditional and new recipes form the West.
