Introduction	I'm a nurse at Northwestern Memorial Hospital who graduated from Andrews University in Michigan. Raised in an Adventist system with rules and restrictions, I'm ready to put it all out there. The truth, facts, and thoughts that many of us have but don't ever say outloud. As raunchy, dirty, crass, and inappropriate as I may be in my writing, it is what it is. I may get flack for it and maybe lose some of the respect of others, but it's who I am and I'm thankful to those who embrace it.
