| Introduction | Even as early as high school, I knew that I loved having the opportunity as a Peer Counselor to listen to what other people were going through and to be able to help them. I understand how important it is to have someone to talk to when you're going through a tough time. I studied Psychology in college and then went on to get my Masters in Counseling. Shortly after that, I loved Family Therapy so much that I decided to enroll in a Marriage and Family Therapy program and got an Educational Specialist (EdS) degree. After moving to CA in 2004, I worked on completing all of the requirements here to receive my license, and after a decade of Counseling children, adolescents, and adults, and I am now a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
