| Introduction | I am a 34 year old female living in Scotland's capital city. A year or so ago I gave up my job as a children's charity manager to find a new way of living. I am busy putting my ideas and thoughts into action. And you know what? It is working! Living at home with me are my teenage son and my husband of two years, (although we have been together for over 12). I am a committed vegetarian and 'mum' to three very sweet guinea pigs. |
| Interests | I like to spend my spare time drawing, cycling, reading, writing, looking after my three guinea pigs, sewing, watching films, cooking and listening to music. But at the moment I spend far too much time, cleaning, doing admin and visiting coffee shops! |
| Favorite movies | I love films and watch several each week, so to name a favourite is really hard. A few that I watched recently which I really loved are: Blood Diamond, The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas and Priceless. |
| Favorite music | I enjoy listening to a variety of music from world music through to classical. At the moment I am listening to Holst's The Planets, along with Hugh Laurie's new album "Let Them Talk" and at night Enya's album "The Celts" (not very cool I know, but it is very relaxing). |
| Favorite books | I am a big fan of classics and modern classics and I am currently rearding Solar by Iain McEwan. I also love EM Forster, PG Woodehouse and Jane Austen. Not very original I know, but they are all brilliant. |
