| Introduction | Faithfully Fit is a free faith and fitness program open to all women. We meet together each week to encourage one another, to strengthen our faith, and to workout. Class times are as follows: Morning classes: When: Monday and Wednesday Where:The Rock 539 Becker Drive, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870 Time: 9:00-10:15am Afternoon classes: Ms.Bonnie's School of dance 10th Street Roanoke Rapids, NC 4:00-5:15 pm Tuesday and Thursday Evening classes: When: Tuesday and Thursday Where: Calvary Baptist Church 1405 Bolling Road Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870 Time: 6:00-7:15pm |
