Introduction	Hello, I am a Director of Wavelength Employment Services and alongside Colin Farmer set up Wavelength Professional Recruitment Ltd in 2001 as a recruitment business specifically serving Firms of Accountants across much of central England. As a result of our strong client relationships and networks Employment Services was established in 2009 to provide consultancy services to all types of business. I have worked within the recruitment industry for over 20 years and am a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (FIRP).
