Introduction	I'm in my mid-30s and started off on all this (what do we want to call it?) stuff (that works) back in 1982 with my very first G.I. Joe (lost in the dim past is which one, but I know I still have it). From there got into Transformers, Star Wars and then those led to comic books. Was never a big sports fan until one day in my early 20s I watched a Monday Night Football game with Brett Favre and was hooked. I don't remember the game, yeah my memory sucks. Too much beer over the years. I was bored and had a bunch of thoughts that I want to get out, so that's what this is for. I call myself The Practical Fan because (after having spent years on message boards) I don't see myself having the same reactions as others. I tend to think logical, pragmatically and pratical. Which, alot of fandom doesn't. So this is an attempt to be a practical fan. Hope you enjoy my useless ramblings. I'm the Editor-In-Chief/Content Coordinator for Kitty's Pryde, a comic book news/discussion site. This is where all my thoughts that don't fit into my columns there will fall.
