| Introduction | I'm a 40ish wife and mom and I'm still trying to decide what I want to be when I grow up. I keep myself busy doing bits of this and that... My husband wishes that the bits of this and that included more cleaning and cooking, but sometimes life's just too short! I don't especially like cooking meals, but I do love to bake (especially if it's chocolatey and gooey). And while cleaning toilets doesn't set my heart all aflutter, I do love folding clean laundry (of course putting it away is a whole different thing!). I have five crazy kids, the first two enjoyed a 5 year spread, but the last three all arrived within 120 seconds! Yep, we have triplets!
