Introduction	I am the first of five children and have always been a natural leader. my parents love and believe in me so much that i have grown with the drive to always give my best. I stumbled into early childhood education and i have enjoyed the journey all the way. People had always commented that i was a natural teacher but i never took it seriously. I wasnot shocked when I ended up in education. It is a very rewarding and fulfilling endeavour watching kids grow and evolve in your hands. Its a priceless gift because the kids literally spend more time with the teachers than their parents. Early childhood education has become pivotal in our times, because things are changing so fast that the children will be left behind the times if their early education is not designed to prepare them for the rapidly changing world. Through proper early childhood education you discover every child is a diamond. I am building an international standard early childhood education centre that will provide high quality education at an affordable rate.
