| Introduction | In just a few short weeks, I'm going to start the long process of re-shaping me. I have a plan, including goals, milestones and a vision. My 16-year career as a successful advertising exec is coming to a hiatus. (I refuse to say a close. I'm not a QUITTER!) What's new, is I plan a renewed focus on my health. The gym and my body won't know what hit it! I want to get in the best shape of my life. October 3rd is my start date. I'll post a FAT picture then and will blog about my labor of love.
