| Introduction | I grew up on a brood-mare farm in BC. I hardly ever wore shoes which explains my immaculate immune system and disgusting feet. I spent most of my free time exploring the forests surrounding our farm with my three brothers. Today, living in downtown Vancouver, I have to scrounge to find the inspiration I usually take from wilderness. I am saddened at the 2x3 patches of dog-piss scented lawn that have signs hung above them in the concrete that read "children play here". I spent my childhood and adolescent years learning to respect nature so I feel alienated considering the lack of interest from anyone else. So I make video's. I create sites. I made this blog. It's all I can do as a student struggling to get some perspective across. But as I once read from a Ball python breeders website,"Nothing great is ever accomplished without passion". |
