| Introduction | A dabbler - in science, art, philosophy and practical matters. Steve often makes a surprisingly good start at things but then loses interest when it gets hard. He doesn't like doing anything if he can't make something worthwhile more or less straight away. Luckily (judge for yourself) writing has always come reasonably easily (that and gardening) and so he has persisted. Fruit is the first full-length novel he has completed. He now lives with his wife, Emma and her children in Sussex and is developing a nursery selling unusual plants. |
