Introduction	I am a trained ADHD Coach living and working in the Northeast. I'm like a lot of people who discovered their ADHD diagnosis later in life; a 40ish college educated person with a wife and kids who has struggled through life without really knowing why it was such a struggle. The discovery of ADHD was one of the more significant events in my life and has set me on a path toward greater health. I hope you find things I write here helpful.
