| Introduction | It's always hard to know what to write in an introduction. How do you know which bits of you to put in and which to edit out? What I am is a mother of a daughter, an artist, reader, writer and creative person. Someone who has an endurance sport history in half ironman and ironman distance triathlon, and half marathon and marathon length running. I have several mental illnesses, and my daughter and myself both have Aspergers. I like music and gardening and being outside. I live in New Zealand, in a city that has about 130,000 people (which is big for NZ, a country of 4 million people). I lead a fairly hectic life and I'm a solo parent who works full time/ I haven't really got a theme or an aim for my blog. I just want to write about what I have on my mind and see what direction that takes. |

| Favorite movies | I know this is odd but I'm not really a movie person. If I had to pick I'd say Love Actually. I watch it every Christmas. |
| Favorite music | All over the spectrum - pop, metal, punk, hip hop, and alternative mainly. |
| Favorite books | Easier to name authors than actual books. Jodi Picoult is always a favourite.Lisa Jewell, Erica James, Mark Gimenez, Sarah-Kate Lynch. |
