Introduction	Mark W. Stroberg (aka "the Borg") is a Software Engineer currently residing in the Santa Clara Valley in Northern California. He is a libertarian anarcho-capitalist and former Libertarian Party of California candidate for US House of Representatives. He co-founded the Libertarian Party of California Peace Caucus with the intention of keeping the LPC true to the non-violent roots of libertarianism. In the 2004 race for California's 13th Congressional district, he garnered nearly 10,000 votes.
