| Introduction | Greetings!! Just a bit about myself--I am on a journey to rediscover the thin, healthy, active me. Many moons ago, I was 114 lbs, and over the course of a bad relationship, I ballooned to 350. I have 'let go of' 144lbs, with 92 left to release! I will have lost enough weight to build 3 of me by the time I am done! I have done Tae Bo, bootcamp tapes *ahem* strip tease cardio, belly dancing and I have now discovered Turbo Jam!! I am done with being heavy, hiding behind my flab, and I want the real me to come out of hiding!! To wake up every day happy and excited just to be here, to know I can run with my kids, hike with my husband and have as many wonderful years with him as I possibly can!! |
