Introduction	One of these days, I really will go to school to be a professional chef... In the meantime, I am having a blast cooking the things I love, and experimenting with new recipes, as an amateur cook! Some of my recipes are authentic and I am the original author, but a lot of them are recipes I found. Whether I kept everything in the recipes the same or changed things to suit my own personal tastes, I still get a lot of inspiration from all different kinds of cooks and chefs.
