Introduction	We love food. Most of our days and the majority of our vacations revolve around the consumption of some delicious food product. We've traveled to Buffalo, NY for the wings, and Philadelphia, PA for the cheese steaks. And even when the vacation is not food based, much of our outings in whatever city we happen to be in are. Most recently we found ourselves in Amarillo, TX and based our hotel choice on its proximity to The Big Texan (our dinner destination). We have no culinary training, and limited restaurant experience, but we do have healthy appetites and sensitive taste buds.
