| Introduction | I started making beads in April 2009. I mostly enjoy making focals and sculptural beads atm. Right now I see this as a hobby, a kind of balance between the stresses of life in general. My torch time is usually when everyone (except the dog!-who seems to enjoy snoring next to me while I melt glass) is in bed and I have time to "relax" and create. When I am not on the torch, I spend the rest of my little free time sewing, painting and daydreaming...and surfing on the net. Our home is TV free by choice, which many ppl find unusual, but it does leave space for more quality together time, an an excuse to go to the cinema more often:-) |
