| Introduction | I am an artist with a lifelong interest in many forms of creative expression. My early childhood years were spent drawing, painting, and learning to sew. Inspiration is drawn from my love of simple country life, nature, animals and family. Throughout my life, my natural God given talents have been molded and polished into professional skills. I have relied on a few art classes and some mentors who gave advice, but I am mostly a self-taught artist in my specialties. The youngest of my three boys is nearly grown, so I have more time to devote to my desire to create. My latest passion is handcrafted polymer clay jewelry. Each piece is custom designed and made in my studio. I work from my home peacefully surrounded by the sounds and sights of country life. |
