| Introduction | .. (and boring my poor suffering wife) and share my passion for all things food via my own blog. I do not confess to be a food connoisseur or have aspirations to write for Gourmet Traveller – rather I’m just a man who has a love of food. I aim to share restaurant reviews – from five star hotels to local hole-in-the-wall eateries, my personal recipes or those others have shared and I have succeeded in recreating. I am currently living in Mumbai with my wife and two daughters. Over the past 2 years we’ve been establishing a business for our Australian employer, and will return to “God’s Country” in the future. Due to the domestic help available in Mumbai, my practical cooking has decreased. However, this has not dampened my enthusiasm for food. My library continues to grow, as does my recipe scrapbook. My work requires weekly travel within India, I get to sample various cuisines as I work my way through many restaurants in different cities.
