| Introduction | Once upon a time, a Girl was born in the beautiful Appalachian mountains of Southeastern Kentucky. Early in life, the Girl picks up tools and teaches herself to paint. She prefers to create contemporary folk art. (Stuff that doesn't quite match the carpet or the couch). Girl is never afraid to speak her mind and challenge the status quo. Girl has been writing since childhood, warping the minds of all who read her musings. Girl is a self-professed nerd, and darn proud of it. Girl even married her own hot nerd. Girl was transplanted out of the mountains at the tender age of twenty, and wishes at least once every few hours that she can go back home to her own people in Appalachia, the place where she belongs. |
