Introduction	My wife and I started brewing a little over a year ago. She gave me a 1 gallon kit for my birthday and since then that one gallon has turned into many gallons. We have since expanded on our interest: joining a local brew club, touring local breweries, experimenting with our own flavors and even attempting to cultivate our own yeast. We try our best to use natural and local products. For now we brew mainly for friends and family. We decided to name our small efforts "Otis Brewing" after our bearded dragon Otis. Although he can't drink our brews he certainly enjoys life. And that's what we hope people do when they drink our brews: simply enjoy life with a good beer!
