| Introduction | I am about to graduate from the University of Michigan with two degrees in Political Science and Anthropology, with a minor in Asian Studies (fancy pieces of paper that don't mean shit). I come from a poor rural town in northern Michigan, named Cheboygan and grew up being scared of snow trucks. I work with domestic violence and sexual assault survivors in and out of court. I love writing creative short stories and poetry that has a feminist message. I don't think before I speak (bad) or I over analyze and stay silent (worse). I like cold beer, even at weddings and schmoozy restaurants. I use fake accents when talking to myself. Is that all? Wow, I feel like I just wrote a personal ad. |
