| Introduction | I was born and raised in the state of Georgia, where I was homeschooled by a lawyer and former political speech writer and online-schooled by many talented teachers throughout the U.S. My parents promoted my creative imagination and curiosity by telling stories, surrounding me with hundreds of books in our home library, and taking me on numerous vacations and field trips. I am thankful for the opportunities I have been given to exercise and develop skills in the liberal arts through community outreach, music lessons, and educational summer camps. Today, I am pursuing a bachelor’s degree in English.
