Introduction	I am a fifty-something woman that has had to recover from a serious sugar addiction to regain my health. Now that I have resolved most of my age and weight related health problems I am beginning the second half of my life and I intend to get as much out of it as I can.
Interests	Reading, health, swimming, water aerobics, dogs, bowling, biking, skating, horseback riding, hiking, charity walks, my family and friends, scrabble, fun fiction and science fiction.
Favorite movies	Dirty Dancing, Ghost, Independence Day, Men in Black, Beverly Hills Chihuahua, Legally Blonde, Miss Congeniality and many more. I am a movie buff too.
Favorite music	Country - New and Old
Favorite books	One of my blogs will list them all eventually. But my most favorite to date is Stephen King's 'The Stand'
