| Introduction | I have a good life. No, scratch that- I have a GREAT life. I have a family that I am best friends with; I have a girlfriend who I makes me feel like the luckiest man in the world; I have friends who will be there for me whenever I need them; I have a job where I feel like I am making the world a better place; and I have all my basic needs met. However, I can still make my life better by improving my health and making people laugh. I am hoping that this blog will serve to do both (and I may throw in a few "non-sequitors"). When this blog was started on April 1, 2010, I was a smoker and I weighed over 200 pounds; as this blog goes on, I hope to not identify with either of those groups... |
