| Introduction | My name is Mistor Williams. I was raised in a small town that clings to the southern roots of North Carolina, separated by a I-85 and I-40. Music was the divider, and the bridge to the world, where so many Scholars and Thugs meet. Most of the people I knew and grew up with have yet to leave. This company and the music we make is partially the story of the many voices I have met on my travels throughout the Unites States and the World; the ambitions and desires have come to be a reality; apparently gone forever but invisibly managing to linger in the air. We are a movement and recording company haunted by the realities of the "streets" and the "knowledge" to survive it's pitfalls; artist and producers who love the art of creation and story-telling. We are a force of nature! The music produced by Scholars and Thugs is birthed from the voices of the have-nots, and our war-cry is "Everyday is a Hustle! Prepare for Battle! |
