Introduction	I'm just finishing grad school and I wanted a way to purge the last two years out of my body. While it was a worthwhile endeavor, grad school was all-consuming. I decided to get in touch with my body, my mind, my emotions and my spirit through a self-imposed 30 day yoga commitment.

Favorite Music	Cat Stevens, Fleetwood Mac, Classical Anything, Strong Women Singers with Attitude
Favorite Books	The Thorn Birds, Light a Penny Candle, The Help, the Gracelin O'Malley trilogy by my friend Ann Moore, all needlecraft books and cookbooks (I read them cover to cover for pleasure)
