Introduction	My name is Leana (Lee-ah-nuh) <---I get "lena and LeeAnne" a lot! I am 22 years old. I love living a healthy LIFE: "the sequence of physical and mental experiences that make up the existence of an individual" ..not only is it important to maintain a healthy body, but a mind. So often we get so caught up in the outward appearance of ourselves, and abuse the inner self. I love trying new workout routines, cooking, and inventing delicious, nutritious recipes, so stay tuned! I am starting this blog out of inspiration from others, and wanting to give the gift of inspiration too. I have been through a lot in life; battled disordered eating and low self esteem, I have had surgery to lessen a severe sweating disease; Hyperhidrosis, working as an electrician on submarines, living on a farm most of my life... and getting side-struck by lightning. That is just a few grains of sand in my sandbox. I believe happiness is the key element to "success" in our one life we are provided here on earth. I hope to inspire others out there through my blog through my quest for success :)
Interests	Family, friends, lifting weights, health, nutrition, hyperhidrosis, ETS, the great outdoors, outerspace- the unknown, the bible, science & the bible, ancient history- particularly Egyptian, cats (we all known cats are probably going to take over the world), cool dogs that were raised right! ..(I feel dogs are just like humans, raised right they're wonderful, loaded with personality & manners ..raised without discipline or abused & they are like a troubled teen or criminal adult! ..lol) exercise that I enjoy, food, cooking, creating, living the simple life, farming, gardening, horses
