| Introduction | Ever since I was a little girl, I have loved stained glass. I learned to do leaded glass in college, but soon discovered that I could do the same design with glass paint in about one twentieth of the time required to cut the glass and solder the joints of traditional stained glass. I was hooked! Since then I have squeezed out thousands of miles of Liquid Leading and even developed a technique for creating a design on a window--without taking it out of the wall. Once that is done, Gallery Glass becomes a glorious window treatment with artistic possibilities. I regard hobbies as "productive leisure". They build self esteem--not to mention the therapeutic value of working with your hands. I am lucky to have been able to concentrate on hobbies and crafts for most of the last 20 years. I still enjoy doing them, but these days, I get more pleasure out of sharing my experiences with others. Browse through the projects and pick out a timely one. Decide to try Gallery Glass today. Develop your creativity in a new direction! |
