| Introduction | I'm a mom to 4 amazing children. I have a passion for exercising. I love lifting weights, yoga, pilates, and RUNNING. I am in the process of transforming my body and eating habits. I'm hoping that with clean, healthy foods I can fuel my body properly. I'm a vegetarian, and have recently given up dairy. My coffee isn't quite as good, but that's ok, my body feels good.
