Introduction	I was born in South Africa and was transferred to the USA in 1992. In 2006 I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. I was scheduled for surgery at Mayo Clinic but after much prayer and research felt this was not the best option. I followed quite a different way of eating (see "beating cancer diet" in this blog) and this led to some amazing results. My PSA started to drop and within months was back to my 'normal' level in the 1.5 range.
