| Introduction | I write not so much to "communicate" or "connect" with others in the cyber "community," as to wrap my brain around the world for myself. I doubt seriously that something as small as a blog post of mine could be integrated in any significant way into someone else's synthesis of the world. Instead, I submit my thoughts for your review selfishly, that through your challenges, I might be protected from blindness and eventually better understand what I know. I believe knowledge comes in three modes: truth, goodness, and beauty. I like to imagine that my thoughts could be a helpful to another in his or her education, but I believe learning to be primarily one's private dialog with God. I have a wife named Allison Michelle and we have two daughters, Cecily Adelaide and Eloise Abigail. I am fond of them all. |
