Introduction	My name is Staysha Rhoden. I am a Kindergarten teacher in Henderson, Nevada. I graduated from California State University San Marcos in 2005 with a BA in Liberal Studies. From there I went on to complete my graduate work in education at National University in La Jolla, California. I moved to Las Vegas in August of 2007, where I began my teaching career as a third grade teacher at Marc Kahre Elementary School. I now teach Kindergarten at Wallin E.S. in Henderson Nevada My philosophy as an educator is simple: I am a teacher by choice, and in making that choice I have committed myself to the children in my classroom every day. I believe that students should always be treated with love, respect and fairness.
