| Introduction | 10 years of inactivity finally had its toll on my body. My spirit is at its lowest and so is my energy. I’m 60 lbs overweight. The Body Mass Index (BMI) says that I’m obese and that came in as a real shock and eyes opener. That’s it, I cannot take it anymore and I decided that 2007 would be THE year to lose it all. |
