| Introduction | Mary Lee is an award winning baker. She has made 5 tier wedding cakes and decorated them with hand molded edible flowers. She loves to share recipes and baking secrets. A Graduate of the Holland College Culinary Course, her husband Brian has cooked in Atlantic Coast restaurants for over 30 years, and holds provincial and national certificates in the culinary trade. He is a member of the Canadian Culinary Federation. These days Mary finds time to work at her popular hand knitted wool socks, mittens & toques.
