Introduction	I'm a foodie. I like talking about food, growing food, canning food, cooking food, baking food and creating food recipes. Not just any food...Really Good Food. Homemade food from scratch with no additives or preservatives. If I want boiled cider, I make it. If I want rose water, I make it. There is a recipe for almost anything you want to make on the internet. It's amazing how satisfying it is to make what you need to create what you want. A whole new world has opened for me and I've never felt so creative. Ok, so now I've got to add blogging about food. Favorite books? Cookbooks! I collect them, peruse them, drool over them, cook with them and dream of them. Culina Mundi is probably my favorite of all of them. I'd like to cook my way through it from start to finish while traveling to each of the locations the recipes come from.
