Unlike a dog, how can a turtle ever be naked?
Well, you see, being "naked" is not defined as having no physical clothes on. Clothes might be metaphorical for feelings, one's reputation, or security. A turtle who's sad, lonely, rejected, humiliated, or forgotten may feel naked even if he still has his shell on. Turtles have feelings, too!
