Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
I think the danger lies in the fish becoming dependent upon the bicycle, or facing undersea pressure to have a bicycle if they don't really want one. That being said, I suppose even fish enjoy a good ride now and then...
