| Introduction | Hi I'm Helen. I run Snowdonia First Aid with my husband Steve. We are based in Llanberis, Snowdonia. I am passionate about the mountains and the mountain environment and spend as much time as I can in the mountains of Scotland and North Wales either on foot or in a canoe. Snowdonia First Aid is a First Aid and Mountain Skills training company in North Wales. We are both members of Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team. I have been a member of Mountain Rescue for twenty years and have trained 3 Mountain Rescue Dogs. I am currently training a lively and headstrong third dog, Cluanie (also known as George!)with SARDA Wales. |
