Introduction Top Five: 1."Whatever Happened to Baby Jane" had me clutching at my feet the first time I saw it, and it still has the same effect. 2. "Dancer in the Dark" I the only movie that I will admit makes me cry like a little bitch. Bjork was brilliant. She is an absolute monster (in the most admirable sense) in everything she does. This movie would have failed without her music and her emotion. It's a shame we won't see her act in any future films. 3. "Army of Darkness." I would put something really stupid here like "it's groovy baby" or "it's S-mart." The truth is, this movie has withstood on my favourites list DESPITE bitter reminders of exes. haha. That's all I got. 4. "Carnival of Souls" (1973) - It is a pure phychological nightmare. A plot like this doesn't need heavy visuals to get to you. But when they bring it, it is genuinely creepy, even for it's time frame. 5. "Bone Alone" a pure cinematic acheivement in porn- brilliant actors such as Ron Jeremy and some elvis look-alike. Oh, how I can go on and on about this film.
Favorite Movies Velvet Goldmine, Fight Club, Shaun of the Dead, Carnival of Souls, Whatever happened to Baby Jane, Chasing Amy, Army of Darkness, This is Spinal Tap, Dancer in the Dark, Captain Ron
Favorite Music It's hard enough to pick my favourite films...
